MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Ernest and Florent, a forward-thinking cost and project management construction consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to take on a leadership role, overseeing a range of projects across various sectors, including Private Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hotel, and Life Sciences.

About the Role

The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing a full range of projects, from pre-contract to post-contract, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP/M&E experience, with a proven track record of success in a private practice or consultancy setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Provide expert advice on cost and project management, ensuring optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the MEP Director to drive business growth and development

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Preferably MRICS
  • MEP/M&E experience
  • Experience within the built environment
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy
  • Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
