The Financial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing function within a group of companies operating across different countries, utilising the NetSuite ERP system.

This role involves processing customer invoices, applying cash receipts, monitoring receivables, and ensuring billing activities comply with established policies and procedures.

Billing Account Manager responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer invoices accurately and timely based on sales orders, contracts, and billing schedules, ensuring adherence to billing terms and contract requirements.
  • Reviewing invoice documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing policies and procedures before issuance to customers.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable balances, aging reports, and collection activities to identify overdue accounts, outstanding invoices, and potential collection issues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • AAT Level 4 Qualified or Qualified by experience preferred.
  • Experience in account management in billing, or related finance roles, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications desirable.
