About the Role

The International Baccalaureate is seeking a seasoned UX professional to lead our digital product development efforts. As the Head of UX, you will be responsible for developing exceptional customer experiences across our digital products, driving business process improvements, and championing user advocacy throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design principles and methodologies to ensure seamless and enjoyable user experiences.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research and design into product development processes.
  • Actively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor analysis to stay ahead in delivering innovative and competitive user experiences.
  • Contribute to a user-centric culture within the organization through effective communication and collaboration.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading UX teams, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving business outcomes through user-centered design. You should have a strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies, as well as proficiency in Agile project management practices.
