We are a privately owned family business with over nine decades of experience in providing transportation services across Argyll and surrounding areas. Our fleet of buses and coaches operate on school contracts, local services, and private group hires.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive rate of pay of £13 per hour, making this a lucrative opportunity for those seeking a career change or an upgrade to their current employment status. Our benefits package includes:

Our trainee bus drivers will receive free training up to the value of £2500 within our in-house training school, enabling them to obtain their PCV licence and start their new career in the industry.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a bus driver/operator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for our passengers
  • Working confidently on your own and handling cash responsibly

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have:

  • A full endorsement-free driving licence
  • Previous driving experience is preferable, but not essential
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Live within driving distance of Dunoon
