Job Description:

    As a Social Work Advocate, you will play a critical role in promoting the well-being and safety of children in connected care placements. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments of children's needs, developing and implementing personalized support plans, and advocating for their rights.

    You will work closely with various stakeholders, including multidisciplinary teams, families, and community services, to ensure that children receive comprehensive, child-centered support tailored to their unique needs. This may involve identifying and addressing any concerns or issues related to safeguarding and connected care support.

    To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices in connected care support. A minimum of 3 years' experience post-qualification and a BA in Social Work are essential requirements.

    The estimated salary for this position is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include competitive pay, tailored personal support, and numerous training opportunities.
