As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in enabling Haleon to thrive in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead talent planning and partnership, L&D: Develop and implement regional talent and succession reviews, translate the APAC talent strategy into action-oriented plans, and ensure future talent needs are understood, integrated, and planned for.
  • Manage talent data: Own the talent data for APAC critical roles, enabling data-led talent decisions and actions through having talent KPIs, leading and lagging. Ensure accurate data analysis and informed data observations for leadership team talent sessions; data risk management and escalation.
  • Lead future talent development: Drive change towards industry-recognized emerging and early talent programs to meet the needs of the business and individuals; partner with the APAC Talent Acquisition team in promoting Haleon APAC investment in talent programs to support EVP ambition and external credibility.
  • Act as APAC HR's data champion, with a strong understanding of Consumer and the APAC business to utilize digital insights in the context of the organization; accountable for bringing pragmatic, simple, and predictive solutions focused on the business and performance.
