Overview
Calibre Search is partnering with a forward-thinking Consultancy to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for Fund Monitoring specialisation.
Based in Rugby, you will collaborate closely with the Directors to provide pre and post contract QS services, assist in fund monitoring, and ensure adherence to budgets. The Practice offers a range of exciting projects, particularly large scale new build industrial schemes across the Midlands.

About You
We are looking for a skilled QS professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Your expertise will be valuable in managing construction projects, reviewing contracts, and preparing financial reports. Estimated salary £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and monitoring of construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to review contracts and progress reports
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
- Monitor and control project expenditure
- Evaluate change orders and claims
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve financial issues
