Warehouse Operative Job Description

CastleView Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a wide range of tasks to meet the demands of our fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, accurately scanning and storing products in their designated areas.
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
