Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional with expertise in multi-volume housing sites.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, leading a team of experienced professionals, and mentoring junior members. You will collaborate closely with contractors to ensure timely project delivery, meeting high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of site staff to achieve weekly targets
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency on-site
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project progression

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
