About the Opportunity

This exciting role involves working in a high-standard kitchen environment with a focus on delivering exceptional cuisine and service. As a key member of the brigade, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, training junior chefs, and assisting senior chefs as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a section of the kitchen, demonstrating strong leadership skills and attention to detail
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operation
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve outstanding culinary results
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of good experience in a high-quality kitchen environment
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing kitchen demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
