Job Description

Job Title: Expert Software Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Expert Software Trainer to join our team at In Technology Group. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs that help students develop real-world coding skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Full Stack JavaScript technologies, including React, Express, and MongoDB, along with SQL databases.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as slides, exercises, and projects.
  • Assess and mentor students by providing feedback on assignments, helping them troubleshoot issues, and offering career guidance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript, databases, and related technologies.
  • Develop customized training programs for corporate clients or bootcamps.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Trainer, with hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and RESTful API design.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Experience in mentoring or teaching groups, both online and in-person.
