Job Title: Trainer and Consultant

LRQA is seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Consultant to join our team. As a Trainer and Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering training and advisory services to clients, utilizing your expertise in ASME VIII and IX, PED, and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials for public and in-company courses, ensuring consistency with LRQA's business assurance philosophy, brand, and methodology.
  • Deliver courses and events as scheduled, adapting training techniques to meet the needs and learning styles of delegates.
  • Innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programs of work, courses, and events that meet client requirements.
  • Take every opportunity to promote additional or higher-value services.
  • Pass client feedback and insights to internal recipients.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and a recognized qualification in training delivery.
  • Expertise in various training and learning styles, techniques, and methods.
  • Evidence of training competency for both face-to-face and virtual training.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organizations.
  • Proactive approach towards identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships.
