Job Summary:

This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the resident experience, driving community engagement, and promoting the property through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the mobilisation and management of the Kangaroo Works site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contractor activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the property, focusing on social media, networking, and local community events.
  • Monitor vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as property management or marketing.
  • Experience in property lettings and management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
