We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Merchant Hotel in Belfast. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our guests have come to expect from us.
About the Role:
- Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- You will work closely with our talented brigade of chefs to prepare award-winning cuisine using the finest fresh, seasonal produce.
- This is a busy kitchen, and you will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar level role
- Fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
