We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team at OVO Group. As a key member of our Customer Balances department, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of key debt prevention strategies, processes, analytics, and MI that underpin our Collections operation.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide data and insight that supports decision-making in our credit risk and collections landscapes, driving business performance and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement user-friendly reports to support performance analysis and decision-making.
- Assess trends and performance against targets and key performance indicators.
- Commercial modelling, creating cost/benefit analysis of proposed actions and outcomes.
- Reduce manual effort through automation.
- Work with third-parties to improve decision strategies, tracing solutions, and customer risk profiling.
- Experience in a similar data or analytical role.
- Excellent SQL/Big Query and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Ability to build and present meaningful data visualisations.
- Statistical knowledge including sampling, significance, hypothesis testing, and basic probability theory.
- Confidence in programming for analytics, such as Python or R.
- Understanding of basic programming principles.
