Job Summary

eSynergy Solutions is seeking a highly skilled GenAI Solution Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI technologies that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop AI solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, computing infrastructure, and data orchestration.
  • Design and implement AI solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of AI architecture and ensure technical alignment across the organization.
  • Oversee the development of AI products and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure that AI solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks, computing infrastructure, and data orchestration.
  • Experience with Python and process orchestration.
  • Knowledge of big models and specific tools, such as Lang Chain.
  • Understanding of ML operations (MLOps) and applications of GenAI.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in shaping AI architecture and selecting the right technologies.
  • Ability to manage the creation of AI products and services.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and ability to set guidelines and ensure their adoption.
  • Ability to regularly assess tools and methods to enhance performance.
