About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our kitchen business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get to know our customers, listen to their needs, and work with them to ensure their requirements are met.
- Identify and recommend products that best suit our customers' needs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Pro-actively generate new business and possess the drive and confidence to succeed in this role.
- Have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of achievement.
- Experience of '20-20 Fusion' planning software or similar, and sound kitchen product knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and possess a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional results.
