Podiatrist - Prison Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our bank team at HMP Werrington, a young offender institution located in Staffordshire. As a Podiatrist with Practice Plus Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, helping to rehabilitate and support offenders to live purposeful lives as members of the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex and/or chronic presentations.
- Determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, and maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of reflection and shared learning within the team.
- HCPC registration with post-registration experience assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
