Senior Estimator Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team, focusing on industrial units and leisure centres in Kent. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of detailed cost estimates, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates
  • Collaborate directly with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in estimating for industrial and leisure-focused projects
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and estimation skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to project needs
What We Offer:
  • A salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience
