Risk Assessment Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a Risk Assessment Specialist to join our team at Direct Line Group. As a Pricer, you will work in an agile environment, taking charge early on, absorbing new experiences, and positively influencing and shaping what we do – making an impact on our customers' lives.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the Pricing-owned projection of ultimate claim costs in Python, using the latest transactional claim data, insight from other teams, and your own experience and judgement.

Additionally, you will support our partners, the charity Motability, with insight into claims and risk mix trends, helping them to effectively manage insurance risk on one of the largest motor fleets in the world.

What You'll Need:

  • A familiarity with motor claims, Python, and reserving techniques would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python.
