As the main point of contact for incoming enquiries, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling all potential leads from various sources. Key responsibilities include logging and allocating leads, organizing viewings, and creating reports. Good computer skills and telephone manner are a priority, as well as a natural curiosity about our customers and their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and identify if the Company has an offering to suit the enquirer.
  • Assist and guide enquirers using knowledge of units, sites, and services.
  • Ensure Company standards are followed to maintain a high level of service.
  • Filter and process, accurately and efficiently, all enquiries (inbound calls, emails, website, live chat) and update the CRM system.
  • Convert enquiries to tours by arranging or liaising with appropriate Field Manager or agent.
  • Consistently follow-up leads to maximize all opportunities.
  • Develop a strong rapport with Field Managers, brokers, and agents.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Sales reports are prepared accurately and within the imposed deadlines.
  • Support projects to drive new business development opportunities.
  • Assist the progression of regional Marketing activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused with a proactive nature.
  • Collaborative with highly organized and motivated skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and excellent MS Office skills.
