Highly Specialist Clinician

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Highly Specialist Clinician to join our team in Nottinghamshire. As a Highly Specialist Clinician, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical and professional expertise to individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, as well as developing and delivering training packages to other disciplines, carers, and service users.

The successful candidate will have a recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification or equivalent, as well as experience of working with adults with dementia and mental health diagnosis. You will also have excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work autonomously without direct supervision.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist clinical and professional expertise to individuals with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and deliver training packages to other disciplines, carers, and service users.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to assess and manage a complex caseload.
Requirements:
  • A recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with adults with dementia and mental health diagnosis.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
