Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Specialist Psychiatrist to join our Medical Bank. As a Locum Specialist Psychiatrist, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, choosing shifts that fit around your availability, family, hobbies, and other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in a variety of settings
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care
- Participate in on-call rotas and provide emergency psychiatric services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services
- Engage in professional development and maintain expertise in psychiatric care
Requirements:
- Basic Medical Qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
- Completed a minimum of 12 years medical work since obtaining a primary medical qualification
- A minimum of six years in a relevant specialty in the Specialty Doctor and/or closed SAS grades
