About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced Locum Specialist Psychiatrists to join our Medical Bank. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your availability, family, hobbies, and other commitments.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Basic Medical Qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
Desirable
  • Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • Section 12 Approval
Eligibility
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice, or eligible for full registration with the GMC at the time of confirmation of appointment
  • Completed a minimum of 12 years medical work (either continuous period or in aggregate) since obtaining a primary medical qualification
  • A minimum of six years should have been in a relevant specialty in the Specialty Doctor and/or closed SAS grades. Equivalent years' experience in a relevant specialty from other medical grades including overseas will also be accepted.
