Job Overview

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Richmond.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering tailored education programs for students with autism spectrum condition.
  • Assist students with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility.
  • Encourage social interaction and communication skills through play-based activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of autism spectrum condition and its impact on students.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.

Benefits: Competitive salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with autism and communication needs.

About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering tailored education programs for students with autism spectrum condition. Salary Information: The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
