About the Role
- Support students with autism and communication difficulties in various educational settings.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to create adaptive lesson plans and provide effective feedback.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with students with autism or similar special educational needs.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
