Interaction - York is a leading national disability charity looking for an exceptional individual to lead our supported living service in Leeds as a Support Worker Team Lead.

Salary: £25,350 (estimated based on location and role)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate support to individuals with disabilities, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of support workers to deliver excellent care and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
