Academic Content Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team at Taylor & Francis Group. As a Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality books and journals.
Key Responsibilities:- Process content from receipt to upload for press, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Commission external suppliers, prepare materials, and provide feedback
- Maintain up-to-date schedules and information on our database, and compile reports as required
- Communicate with colleagues in other departments as necessary
- Complete multiple tasks to deadlines, prioritizing and managing time effectively
- Check quality of final files, including covers and eBooks, and upload files for publication
- Control schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective production
- Assess and code invoices for prompt supplier payment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize and multitask
- High volume processing experience, with attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Experience with database management, ideally with a publishing or academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to represent the company professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability to new technology and processes
- Basic skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat reader
