Job Summary:

The Responsible Hydrogen Development Manager role at Cranfield University's Global Hydrogen Production Technologies (HyPT) Centre involves supporting the development of responsible hydrogen technologies and ecosystems globally. As part of this team, you will contribute to designing and assessing alternative governance measures and strategies to accelerate the adoption of H2NZ technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies, economics, and market approaches to support the transition to net-zero hydrogen technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with international teams to design and assess governance measures.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across disciplines and cultures.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong educational background in political science, sociology, or other social sciences, or law. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and qualitative research methods is essential.

A PhD from an energy-related field with expertise in governance systems and/or qualitative research methods will also be considered.

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
