Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing calls from patients and healthcare professionals with urgent and non-urgent healthcare needs
  • Directing patients to the most suitable service based on their specific needs, using our Pathways System
  • Capturing patient information using our comprehensive computer systems
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and callers, tailoring your approach to each individual's knowledge level and requirements
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £12.11 per hour during daytime hours (07:00-23:00), with enhanced rates of £15.05 per hour for night shifts (23:00-07:00) and £15.58 per hour for weekend shifts (18:00 Friday-07:00 Monday)
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE/Functional Skills English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent) or above
