We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Operations Instructor to join our team in Hatfield, working on our prestigious Arla contract. This role will involve carrying out day-to-day duties as a Transport Operations Instructor and playing a vital part in ongoing driver development and training, new driver assessments, and aiding the team with deliveries when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess new drivers, providing guidance on techniques to improve fuel efficiency and overall safety.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement an on-site safe driving program.
  • Ongoing deliveries to customer sites may be required.
  • Deliver continuous training to existing driving staff on new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A clean UK driving license (with category C+E entitlement), valid driver CPC, and digital tachograph card are essential.
  • Previous experience as a transport operations instructor or assessor is desirable.
  • Familiarity with current tachograph rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel, are required.
Competitive Salary Package
