Built in 2016 by the Duchy of Cornwall, our venue is a proud part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of great pubs. We're seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Baristas to join our On-Stage Team to drive standards and passion during key shifts.

We estimate this role will pay around £90 per hour based on experience. This includes a boost from tips and extra rewards for great performance.

• Company Overview: As a Barista at Dazzling Duchess - Poundbury Near Dorchester, you'll be an ambassador for our in-House Coffee Brand: Colourful Coffee.
• Salary: £90 per hour based on experience, with additional income from tips and bonuses.
• Job Responsibilities: Deliver quality coffee, drive sales, and promote the Colourful Coffee brand on Social Media.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards throughout your shift. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be essential in delivering excellent results.
