We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Barista to join our On-Stage Team as a champion for coffee. The successful candidate will drive standards and passion during key shifts, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coffee to our customers
  • Drive standards and passion during key shifts
  • Train and develop other baristas
  • Maintain equipment and machinery
  • Promote our in-House Coffee Brand: Colourful Coffee
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about delivering quality coffee
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Able to reliably manage the commute

Previous experience in a busy coffee or hospitality environment is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of £90 per hour, based on experience, plus a share of tips and extra rewards for great performance. You will also receive 70% off meals on duty and a full package of lifestyle benefits.
