Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring precise cost control and providing financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs to stay within financial constraints.
- Procurement: Handle procurement processes, including sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiations for materials and services.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contractual relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with all terms.
- Value Engineering: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures, addressing any variances to meet financial goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and quality.
- Change Management: Manage and assess cost implications of change orders, negotiating necessary contract adjustments.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial performance reports, including forecasts and expenditure analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
