Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Notcutts Dukeries store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, tailored to individual needs, and helping to maximize sales within your concession area.
With your warm personality and enthusiasm, your Concession will always be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers. You will process deliveries, replenish and display clothing and accessories with your intuitive merchandising skills, and provide expert advice on products to customers.
We offer a competitive starting pay, additional pay increases through our Trailblazers development programme, and a quarterly bonus based on targets and sales performance. You will also receive brand new kit provided twice a year, up to 70% discount on all Regatta Group brands, and fantastic monthly and annual awards to recognize individual and regional achievements.
