As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, tailored to individual needs, and helping to maximise sales within your concession area.
You will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice on products and features, and ensuring your concession area is always friendly and inviting to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a visually appealing concession area
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on features and benefits
- Work collaboratively with the regional team to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
- Competitive starting pay above minimum wage, with additional pay increases through our Trailblazers development programme
- A quarterly bonus based on targets and sales performance
- Brand new kit provided twice a year to wear on your concession
- Up to 70% discount on all Regatta Group brands
- Fantastic monthly and annual awards to recognise individual and regional achievements
