Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Village. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Respond to emergency calls and alarms, assessing situations and summoning senior care staff as needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility issues, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Support residents with a range of needs, from companionship to personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior care team to monitor residents' needs and report any changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
