Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled General Ledger Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of our General Ledger, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
