Cardiac Services is a leading provider of diagnostic and measurement equipment in Ireland and the UK. We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our Endoscopy workshop team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and testing endoscopes returned to the workshop for evaluation. They will use a variety of small hand tools and test equipment, following established manufacturer repair guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4/5 qualification in Engineering/operations & maintenance, or equivalent experience. They will also possess good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Training will be provided at Olympus UK, Southend-on-Sea, where the candidate will gain the manufacturer's official and recognized qualification for minor level repairs. Upon satisfactory completion, they will progress to training on intermediate and major level repairs.

The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate service records in line with our quality system.
