Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the location, industry standards, and the level of expertise required for the role.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful execution.
Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
Create a framework to achieve manufacturing excellence by improving packaging line efficiency and ensuring projects comply with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a well-organized project database, capturing all project data and documenting decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and facilitate LEAN process improvement workshops to encourage idea generation and innovative solutions.
Support the business by eliminating non-value-added tasks, streamlining operations, and identifying more effective working methods.
Oversee change programs, focusing on efficiency improvements while adhering to internal controls and governance standards.
Monitor project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, incorporating learnings into future projects for improved outcomes.

Requirements
Proven experience as a project engineer or in a similar role.
Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
