Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team at Amcor, a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in organizational design, business transformation, and change management.

This role will involve applying structured methodologies to execute change management activities for our transformational projects. You will work closely with the HR Leadership Team, Project Directors, and the leadership team of AFEMEA to plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of new operating models, workflows, and team structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering organizational change initiatives, including redesigning structures and ways of working. You will also deliver all change outputs and deliverables as agreed with the program/project manager.
