About the Role

You will work within a dynamic team, utilising data-driven insights to optimise website performance and conversion rates across various digital channels.

Familiarity with project management methodologies is key, as is a keen eye for user-centred design. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences.

You can be based in our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month to meet with the entire team and wider business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement CRO strategies using ClickThrough's Data-led Design approach for a diverse range of clients
  • Engage with clients on their strategy, delivery of work and help drive their growth through strong communication and presentation skills
  • Conduct user testing and analytics to identify opportunities for optimising user journeys
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-backed design solutions that drive growth
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service, this is a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Some of the key tools include:

  • Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and user behaviour tracking
  • VWO or other A/B testing software for designing and running experiments to validate design changes
  • ClickThrough's DLD Cloud and JourneyCraft for analytics, data-led design insights, and identifying conversion barriers
  • Google Analytics and other analytics platforms for monitoring performance and user journeys

These tools are integral to driving conversion optimisations and enhancing digital performance.
