About the RoleAs a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You'll assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support and companionship, and help create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment for residents by maintaining a clean and safe living space.
We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who has experience of caring for older people. If you have excellent communication skills and a can-do approach, we'd love to hear from you.
The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus a "Golden Hello" Welcome Bonus of £500. In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
