Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a First Impression Specialist in London. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our clients receive outstanding reception and concierge service, while building strong customer relationships.
  • Timekeeping and Absence: Conduct all timekeeping and absence for direct reports, ensuring system accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Problem Solving: Escalate operational problems or issues to Supervisor or Manager and handle client concerns by providing solutions in accordance with company policies.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain efficient workflow and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in legal or financial services industries.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of Cisco telephone systems, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
