The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in pastry preparation is a plus, and you should have a minimum of two years' experience working at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Assist in menu planning and implementation
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve FCOS targets
  • Participate in kitchen risk assessments and implement necessary controls
