Digital Engineering Director

The Digital Engineering Manager will lead the globally based software and electronics engineering teams for Energy Division, requiring strong leadership skills and inspiring senior engineering leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage globally based teams working on electronics, embedded software, software architecture, testing, and system design.
- Implement and lead all aspects of hardware and software development lifecycle: requirements capture, feasibility study, integration and unit/validation testing.
- Develop high-performance solutions and platforms for customers, empower team growth through supported development and coaching.
- Build trust with major stakeholders and deliver against agreed timelines, quality, and cost targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of related engineering management experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in hardware and software product development, industrialization, and deployment.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art project execution methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, ...).
- Fluent communication skills facilitating collaboration with own team, customers, internal business & technology leaders, and external partners.
Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
