Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of various projects. This role requires strong engineering skills, effective management, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage new business development and client engagement.
  2. Oversee sales and marketing activities, validating promotions and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Supervise site management, usage, and contractors' management, ensuring seamless operations.
  4. Plan, schedule, coordinate, and instruct tradesmen on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  5. Provide post-completion warranty support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Collate field activities as reports to the project's admin in the office, maintaining accurate records.
  7. Hold a valid UK driving license and commute between sites efficiently.
  8. Lead property management works, including repairs and fixes, ensuring high-quality results.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients, architects, planners, and tradesmen, ensuring effective communication.
  10. Identify and manage safety hazards at sites, prioritizing employee and client safety.
  11. Proficiently use software applications, including JIRA reporting, MS Office, CAD, and APEX27, to streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably at the master's level.
  • Proven experience as a project manager with a record of successful project delivery and operations management.
  • Experience in Health & Safety aspects in a construction site.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £30,500.00 per year

Additional pay: Commission pay, Performance bonus
