Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd, working with a leading service-based reseller of glue application machines in the FMCG industry.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work on-site and in our workshop, providing expert maintenance and repair services to our clients' machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair glue application machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, using expertise and knowledge to resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry regulations and standards
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
