Role Overview

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our commercial building portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules diligently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Produce comprehensive technical reports and situation updates as required.
  • Utilize company technology systems effectively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and management.
  • Prepare accurate activity reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Contribute to the production of quotations by providing detailed information on identified extra works.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and briefings.
  • Maintain accurate time sheets and submit them promptly.
  • Ensure a positive company image at all times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-profile commercial building maintenance.
  • LV Authorised Person certification is highly desirable.
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • C&G Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (ability to attain through additional training if you hold the 17th Edition).
  • C&G 2391 Test and Inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing, and certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive approach to achieving the highest standards of operation.
  • Strong IT skills and report writing abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, clear-thinking, and delivering required services within time constraints.
