We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Knowle, Bristol.

About the Role:

  • Competitive salary: £18-20 per hour (rising to £22 per hour)
  • Flexible working hours to suit your needs
  • Generous holiday entitlement: 33 days annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays)
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & development: Earn money while getting a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities:

You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them to discover new interests, achieve new goals, and maintain important relationships with family and friends. This may involve activities such as planning weekly shops, going on outdoor adventures, providing personal care, and teaching money management skills.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and understanding, with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting others. A driving license and access to a car would be an advantage, but we can also offer assistance with transport.
